Connections are an important part of the WLE Conference. Attendees report consistently that WLE conferences provide them with valuable opportunities to make connections that further their businesses.

WLE’s Connection Program is specially designed to make you feel comfortable the moment you arrive. Whether at breakfast or during the Connections Cafe during the afternoon session, with WLE Growth Gurus, sponsors or other business owners in the Interactive Information Center, here are some of the ways we have planned to help you get the most from the conference.

IDENTIFY YOUR BUSINESS ISSUES/EXPERTISE:  WLE DOTS AND STARS
(Throughout the day and in the Interactive Information Center)

Each WLE conference gives you a chance to get support on your specific business issues and offer support to other women business owners...

• If you are looking for support on a particular business issue you’ll have the opportunity to select “dots” to place on your nametag that signify that issue.
• If you can provide guidance on a particular business issue, you can select “stars” to place on your nametag which will identify you as an expert on that issue.

The dots and stars are a helpful way to strike up conversations, forge alliances and set the stage for strategic partnerships with other women you meet during the conference.

Connect all day long with women business owners, presidents, CEOs, experts and corporate partners, including women who have faced the kinds of challenges you may be facing and can offer proven solutions

BREAKFAST CONNECTIONS

When you enter the general sessions room for breakfast, please take a seat at a table marked with a particular business issue. A host will facilitate a discussion about that issue

CONNECTIONS CAFE

At the Connections Cafe, first you’ll help yourself to an afternoon treat; then you will begin to forge important alliances that can shape the future of your business. In this facilitated networking session, you will give and ask for support from other women, and identify action steps for supporting yourself and other women in becoming more effective leaders.
